The Swale on this qualifier holds Chub, Barbel, Dace and the odd Trout (they count in the early season matches) swims are in general shallow glides where the stick and waggler float plays a big part, bomb can work in certain swims. Maggot and caster are the main baits, the Chub can fall to a bigger bait such as bread and meat.
